The dinning table and 2 chairs. The biscuits were delicious. Very entertaining TV channels. Many sockets. Hair dryer is modern.
Housekeeping. Complimentary coffee/tea and biscuits were not replenish for 2 days. Missing toilet rolls and garbage not cleared.

Close to amenities and only a short walk to the centre.
No mini fridge in the room and the tea/coffee was not sufficiently refilled daily.

My third time staying here. Love the location. Easy to get to all the sights, but a quieter location. A/C a plus when warm out. Breakfast was great. Love that they had a kettle in the room with teas, coffee, and cookies provided. Also loved that we were given bottled water daily. Was able to check in early am after my international flight. Convenience store across street for any snacks/drinks needed.
Not much to complain about. Kleenex/tissues in room would be nice.

When we arrived we were quite hungry as we hadn't eaten much and it was late in the day. Staff advised that the bar would be open until late and that pizzas were being served until I think it was 1am which was nice to hear. Breakfast the next morning was really good and the later check out time of 11am was also very helpful

There was a disturbance on my level in the very early hours of the morning. Instead of a relaxing night I got very little sleep. When I mentioned this to staff all i got was a sorry. I thought they may have offered something

The hotel was in a great location just a short walk from the city centre and all the hustle and bustle, great for a city visit as the hotel itself isn’t in a particularly loud/busy area but you’re not too far from the heart of it all!
Nothing springs to mind, this was our first stay here and it was great, it met all our needs.
