The property was lovely and clean and the room was perfect, the bed was so comfy. We had made an error with our booking and the nice and friendly staff member at reception named Luigi kindly helped us!! Thanks so much Luigi for making our stay all the more pleasant :)

Food was lovely. Room was clean
Staff were over half an hour late with our check in so we had to sit around waiting. The staff and the website shows 24hr menu/food but when we asked for this on our last day before our flight we were told that it’s not 24hr food service and we couldn’t have food as the kitchen was closed and the chef hadn’t made and left any pizzas for them to cook. I had to show the staff the 24hr menu on the website as she was telling me I was wrong. When I showed her she then said well the chef hasn’t left us any pizzas to cook. So she lied about the 24hr service instead of admitting she chef hasn’t done his job. So we went without food as we were going to the airport and didn’t have time to go and find a restaurant, this was our honeymoon so we were disappointed

Breakfast was great! We were glad our plane was delayed so we didn't have to miss breakfast. The staff was wonderful! This was our second time we stayed here.
