Location is perfect, about 10 minute walk from everything. We walked everywhere. Storehouse, temple bar area, oldest pub' ha'penny bridge, trinity college. Loads more.
One lady on reception wen we arrived was a bit nippy because she couldn't find my booking. I felt she was rude but other than that everything was perfect

The room was clean and tidy with good wifi signals; the breakfast included was delicious, and the location was very handy as well.
Not much from this particular experience.

Spotless and comfortable and great location
Another (drunk) guest was trying to get in my room and instead of staff escorting him back down to reception to make sure he had the correct room, I heard a conversation about "maybe the lock is broken might have to get a screwdriver" I didn't realise it was my door initially, I thought it was across the corridor, but it went on so long I had to get up and open the door to see what was going on. This was all happening at 5.30am mind you, so I got no sleep. I think in future if a guest is coming in at that hour, particularly if they are drunk, they should be walked by security to their room. Luckily I was well able to handle the situation but another female might have felt quite vulnerable and afraid for their safety. It's not fun being woken up by strange men outside your room when you are travelling alone. I did say it to reception on check out but they just said "sorry about that"

Wonderful
Friendly, helpful staff, fabulous breakfast and very comfortable beds. Central location is great.
Being wakened by a ??fire alarm at 3.45am and having to vacate the building. No explanation was given, no fire service in attendance - just allowed back into the building!! Thankfully no harm caused to anyone as far as we were aware.
