We were in a room over an entrance gate which banged most of the night hence not much sleep room 150... the shower was not working hence had to have a cold shower

Good to see bedrooms were being checked when cleaned
Breakfast very disappointing table not set properly had to go looking for butter and not just our table other people had same problems Yogurts were not cold just in a bowl and were luke warm jugs were not marked letting people know what kind of juice were in jugs no top ups of fruit a lot of bowls empty
No tea offered at table not many staff to be seen and when a person came not very friendly
It has been a few years since I was at hotel and I definitely saw a decline especially in dining room

Staff fantastic, attended a family party.
Great night, function room beautiful.
Food good, vegetables beautiful turkey and ham was terrible, processed rubber no taste , really bad.
Other than that everything was 100% really enjoyed my stay and will definitely return.
Just the processed meat.

Brilliant breakfast plenty of choices. Staff were so friendly. Hotel was amazing pleasure to be able to recommend the welcome we receuved
