Disappointing
Good size room and breakfast manager and staffs were helpful and friendly. Next morning front desk staffs were friendly and helpful.
Had very bad experience during our checked in with front desk and manager.
I booked and paid for 2 rooms via booking.com for my family and the front desk cannot find my second room. They just told me I only booked for one room even though I showed them my confirmation and payment email 3 times. They were not helpful but continued to say I only booked one room and turned me away.

Staff are great. Older hotel but for a tour I was happy with it.
Bath/shower combo no hot water in shower. Very steep and narrow tub so was a little problem for senior citizens.

After a long trip the staff denied check in around 2:30pm. There were more guesss that were waiting for a longer time The hotel had with several room available ( confirmed by cleanning staff). Then waiting around an hour for check in. Lack of Simple custumer service.
Hotel hidden behind gas station. Some Uber driver missed the hotel. It is around 55 Euros to city center.

Location and staff at front desk were excellent.
The rooms really could do with a small fridge for storing milk and water etc.
The showers are a bit dated and dangerous to get in and out of - even with the slip mat.

It was spacious and comfortable rooms. Breakfast was lovely.
It was near nothing so hard to get anywhere. Had to walk miles to access buses on a busy highway.

The rooms and food were amazing location was very good nice a quite
I was up with a boxing tournament and I wasn't told about if you join the membership you get money off I stayed two nights we got into the semifinals so that's where the second night cane from so in total it was nearly 600 euro we spent another group came after us and the were told about this promotion I didn't think that was fair and the fact this is were we are staying every year for the boxing tournaments
