Really beautiful hotel. Great facilities. Room was huge and really well equipped. Beds were very comfortable.
Shower in the bath with a shower curtain which clings to your skin. Really in this day and age. No A/C or at least none I could find; very hot night. Restaurant shut at 9pm; normal in Ireland but quite annoying when you are travelling all day.

Everything was fine, staff, food and facilitities were perfect for a business trip, but when I went to bed at approximately 11pm there was a lot of noise coming from outside and my room, at first I thought it was a domestic but then realised it was American tourists just being loud and running up and down the corridor but after approximately 15 mins it stopped.

Wheelchair accessible bathroom requires a refurb. Nice walk in shower would of been nicer rather than old plastic tray with dirty stained shower curtain and old dirty silicone.
Non slip floor would be more beneficial as floor is very slippery post shower. Shower hose would be best situated elsewhere. Between shower head and curtain there's no room to shower comfortably. Shower too small esp if assisting someone. Slip hazard.

Hotel is basic and a little tired looking but has most things that you need. Staff are very friendly and helpful. We were meeting family at the end of their tour around Ireland. This was their tour hotel which suited them well as the bus picked them up and dropped them off each day. However we had no car for those last few days so felt quite isolated from everything. (it costs €30 to take a taxi to Dublin City centre). We ate dinner in the restaurant adjoining the property. Its very much a family restaurant as there seemed to be more children than adults there so this must be perfect for anyone travelling with children. We both ordered a steak and they were extremely well cooked, very tasty and good value. Would recommend it but only for casual dining or with children.
The room was very stuffy and you have no control over the temperature and staff cannot change it either. Breakfast buffet was well stocked and a good price at €16 but not great quality. I don't think the hotel was good value for money for us ( we paid nearly €500 for 2 nights. ) I imagine its a lot cheaper if you are with a tour.

The room was too hot, the check in guy was not very friendly gave no info on breakfast/dining options or even how to get to the room!

Very very warm in the rooms. Totally understand not the hotels fault that the weather is warm but our room fan was broken. Food excellent... rooms are roomy and good value. Very pleasant staff.
Too warm in rooms, decor a little dated - but still nice. Few stains on walls and carpets.
