Poor
The hotel was clean
I booked 2 rooms 1 double room and 1 twin 7 months before travelling when we arrive at 1505 minutes after we the earliest we could check in we were told they only had 2 double rooms available 1 on the 1st floor and 1 on the 4th floor the key card me and my wife had wouldn't let us into the area our daughters were in and there key card wouldn't let them use the life or get into the area of the hotel we were in

Staff friendly but don’t communicate well with each other
We were told by reception we could eat in hotel restaurant il to 9:45 but at 9 when we got to the restaurant they advise they were closed and we had to go out to the restaurant next door Joel’s.

Location
Room was too warm with no air con. A very out dated bathroom. Not at all comfortable. Left as soon as I woke as the heat had caused a headache.

Really didn't like anything
Breakfast poor ...no plates food overcooked. Asked to move seats 3 times in the bar. Terrible service throughout the hotel. Asked for water to be sent up to room and nothing arrived. Following day, on checkout the guy on reception didn't apologise for this error. He just said 'oh ok'

We arrived late but we were still able to order food just before 9 pm which was great. The food was average but we were grateful nevertheless.
There was a function on that evening which made the hotel quite noisy in the main lobby and restaurant/ bar.
