Hot food at breakfast was tasty.
Location was awkward to access from the main road. Breakfast was poorly organised.
I came down to get breakfast at 07:00.
A tour had just been through and the room was in disarray. The layout and flow are poorly laid out. Having the cold buffet at the end causes unnecessary queuing in seating area. The hot buffet team open and close the chafing dishes for each customer and each choice causing another pinch point. The hot dishes aren't labelled meaning guests are asking what's under each closed lid. If food was visible and labelled guests would be moved through twice as fast.
No juice glasses were available.
Toast station is against the wall in a corner causing another queuing issue.
Tours pre book breakfast times so no reason not to be prepared.
4 top tables had 1/2 guests seated and then other guests had to sit at the bar due to lack of clean tables.
The host desk is positioned at a location allowing guests to sit at booths without check-in.
The team didn't seem to have specific tables to cover and were reacting to situations rather than working to a plan.
Nice pleasant serving team but let down by lack of clear advance planning.
Car park underground was tight and poorly lit at 20:00. Signage to parking was inadequate.
Overall property feels tired and lacking systems & front facing leadership.
Rate was not value for money.
Regular corporate visitor to Dublin.

By Dublin standards, the price is quite good. Public transport is available into the city centre, albeit a bit of a walk (about 800m). 2 restaurants available.
A lot of little things, but nothing major. eg intermittent humming from the aircon vent, and the electrical panel in the room; a wooden bed base protruding about 3 inches around the bed at ankle height - causing several stubbed toes and knocked ankles; a somewhat confusing lighting setup with a master switch not accurately identified.
