The rooms and food were amazing location was very good nice a quite
I was up with a boxing tournament and I wasn't told about if you join the membership you get money off I stayed two nights we got into the semifinals so that's where the second night cane from so in total it was nearly 600 euro we spent another group came after us and the were told about this promotion I didn't think that was fair and the fact this is were we are staying every year for the boxing tournaments

The food in the restaurant was good and the breakfast was tasty.
The room was extremely warm, between 25°C and 30°C when I entered, the radiator was on and the window was closed. I switched it off immediately and opened the window while I had food in the restaurant. When I returned to my room it was still too warm to sleep and the bed was quite uncomfortable and impossible to get a pleasant sleeping position. The noise from a party downstairs prevented me from sleeping while the window was open until things settled down around 02:30 am . My son in the room next-door experienced similar conditions with no sleep until after 02:30 . We had to attend a sporting event in the morning and had to get up at 06:00 and we were exhausted as a result of the poor sleep.

Location not too bad has park and ride so that's that.
Awake all night listening to Alarms going off in the hotel, cars continually driving over manholes that make real nice bangs throughout the night. And what is with the crazy window layout...I actually laughed.

Front desk was fast and friendly.
The shower heads are not adjustable, so you are forced to stand right up against the shelf above the faucets. Water from your hair falls onto the shelf instead of into the tub. The whole tub space in front of you is vacant and useless because of this.
Entrance from the parking garage needs directions on how to get to the lobby. We got lost.

the reception made a mistake and told us that they could not bring drinks to the room as they were short staffed
same with breakfast we had to go to the bar and breakfast area ourselves the drink was very dear and the breaskfast
