Wonderful
This hotel offers a very comfortable experience with an attentive staff. The accommodations are clean and well-appointed. Guests can enjoy a pleasant self-service breakfast, and the on-site restaurant provides an appealing menu for both lunch and dinner.
It's pretty far from the city center. No subway at all. You'll need to take a tram or a taxi/Uber to get city center.

Good size room and breakfast manager and staffs were helpful and friendly. Next morning front desk staffs were friendly and helpful.
Had very bad experience during our checked in with front desk and manager. I booked and paid for 2 rooms via booking.com for my family and the front desk cannot find my second room. They just told me I only booked for one room even though I showed them my confirmation and payment email 3 times. They were not helpful but continued to say I only booked one room and turned me away.

Staff are great. Older hotel but for a tour I was happy with it.
Bath/shower combo no hot water in shower. Very steep and narrow tub so was a little problem for senior citizens.

After a long trip the staff denied check in around 2:30pm. There were more guesss that were waiting for a longer time The hotel had with several room available ( confirmed by cleanning staff). Then waiting around an hour for check in. Lack of Simple custumer service.
Hotel hidden behind gas station. Some Uber driver missed the hotel. It is around 55 Euros to city center.

The rooms really could do with a small fridge for storing milk and water etc. The showers are a bit dated and dangerous to get in and out of - even with the slip mat.
