The evening meal was superb...Service was fantastic and the cleanliness of the hotel was superb...and the outside carpark was ideal due to the height restriction of the underground car park as our vehicle was over the 2 metre height restriction
Nothing springs to mind. The hotel was located close to the M50 which made our journey to the port of DUBLIN for our return home all the more easier.

Clean and well presented. Erica on reception was lovely.
Restaurant was pleasant but the staff were unfriendly and quite unhelpful, especially at breakfast. The waiter wouldn’t sit us at the table by the window as it was laid for lunch, he said. It had a couple of extra glasses from what I could see. He should have said, “certainly sir and madam, I’ll get you cups and saucers”. The breakfast buffet was ok but they kept running out of eggs, hash-browns etc. I asked the chef if they had kippers by any chance and he didn’t even know what they were! it certainly wasn’t worth the £15 pp they charged.

- every member of staff we met was friendly and helpful
- hotel has a modern comfortable feel
- the room was nice, bright and airy, clean and comfortable, better than I was expecting
- fan in the room to keep the temperature cool
- secure underground carpark
- breakfast was cooked well, staff were very friendly here, I like that there was options of eggs to order if you wanted
- There was traffic noise but given the location we were expecting it and it didn't spoil our stay I would just advise people to be prepared

Free Parking, Bed was very comfy. Staff were very friendly. Room was upgraded on arrival.
Staff in North Bar Restaurant are very nice.
Rooms are far too hot and no AC available other than a fan in the room that had to be left on all night. Water pressure in the showers is awful.

Noise with the road for our room
Shower needs to be updated to our era.
No possibility to eat nearby after 9pm or even buying some lights bites like a sandwich.

The reception lady was lovely.
Room was very hot, the shower is very poor and too low and I’m not a tall person, the breakfast was shocking. The staff friendly.

Breakfast was good. Lots of choice. Location is very handy, only a few minutes from the motorway. Our room was really quiet and no disturbances. The staff were very friendly also.
The only downside of our stay was that the bed was a little on the small side, kept hitting off the bedside locker which couldn't be moved.
