Very Good
Quick check-in. Very comfortable room, and hotel was spotlessly clean and had a calm relaxed ambiance. Staff were friendly and welcoming, especially the staff in the bar/restaurant. Secure underground car parking. The hotel is outside Dublin and offered a more competitive price as a result, but it is only a three minute drive, or twenty minute walk, to a Park & Ride tram connection which will take you into the city centre.
Breakfast was a slightly budget presentation compared to a lot of other hotels I have stayed in. This wasn't a significant negative however. As an example, we were in for breakfast with an hour still to go until close of service yet cereal options were limited or gone, limited choice of breads or fruits and the orange juice was a distant relation to any real orange. The hot food was fine however. I had no issue with this as the price paid for B&B was reasonable for the Dublin area. I did see that breakfast was priced at €15.00 for a walk-in however and that would have been a bit rich for the offering.
The hotel is just off of a dual carriage-way. There was some road noise audible from our room. It didn't bother me at all but some might find it an issue, especially if leaving a window open.

Room was clean and had most things that we needed. Small gym facility is good. Parking available in underground.
Double Bed in room is too small for 2 people. Shower is not great. Rooms are too warm but there is a fan provided.

Room’s extremely hot very little ventilation with small window opening no air con and given a very small fan,
