Absolutely nothing, unempathetic manager who refused a refund.

North..excellent menu options for dinner, nice ambience.
Room 130 was grand, only issue carpet is loose and pulling away from the floor. Underground parking was great.
Unfortunately there was lots of painting and refurbishment in foyer. Carpet issue in room 130. Having to leave the building to go to the restaurant/bar/breakfast area..it was cold and raining, shouldn't have to bring my coat with me.

Bed is very comfy and staff very pleasant.
Room slighted outdated but its nice.
Price for average room outside Dublin city is quite expensive.

Good vibes, friendly staff, room was a good size & clean.
Space in the shower was poor, because of the shower curtain & grap handle.

Nice and clean
Met at reception by rude staff member. Stayed here a handful of times previously, never had to pay a deposit. Until saturday the receptionist demanded a €100 deposit
