Location, breakfast, hospitality, tea and coffee, early checkin
Difficult to check in when my flight landed at 6am since there wasn’t really a “lobby” area. Staff were able to accommodate me after 11am

Wonderful
Location. Good walking distance too many tourist locations. I loved the dining room and the breakfast.
It is not a property for people that have disabilities or problems getting around as there are many stairs.

The bathroom was really small. The shower was small also amd not much room to move around in the room. But I didnt have to it was acceptable for that situation. Im only 5'9", if I were any taller I would have draped off the end of the bed
Bigger and more room

We liked the quiet, residential neighborhood and the lovely architecture.
When I booked the room I didn’t know there was no window! It was a bit disappointing.

The Kilronan House was a taste into Dublin's architecture in the 1800's. Delightfully decorated and wonderful location within walking distance to all the major attractions. Breakfast was included and provided some good choices, with fresh food. One thing to note that if you have mobility limitations this might not be a good option due to no elevators and small bathrooms. While our room was delightful and we only had to go two flights of stairs this would have been challenging if we had more luggage or have mobility issues. Otherwise the front desk gentlemen and staff were lovely and we had a great stay.
The bathroom was very small and definitely only one person at a time for use, something to think about if you have more than two people in your group. We also missed having a bathtub especially after a long day of walking the city. Lastly the breakfast hours ended at 10am and after our second day in Dublin we wished it extended to 11 am to allow for sleeping in a bit. These were not deal breakers just things to keep in consideration.

Good
We had a very large room, but the bathroom was tiny. The staff were very helpful and kind. The breakfasts were wonderful, we had lovely selections.
We stayed in the adjacent building and it had artificial fragrance in the sitting room and hallway - it was an odor similar to bug spray and vanilla. A very unpleasant smell.
