Breakfast were delicious and great start for a day of sightseeing. The gentleman who checked us in early in the morning was so helpful and kind. He checked in with us everyday, to be sure things were going well. Unfortunately Dublin was in the middle of a heat wave, and as spoiled Americans, the heat and lack of windows was difficult.
The heat wave was difficult.

Good
Breakfast was excellent, the staff is very helpful. The rooms are small, whatyou would expect in any bustling city center location. The bed was comfortable, the bath was updated, and due to the unseasaonbly warm weather, the staff was able to provide a small fan that helped so much. Overall a good stay - this hotel is clean, safe, and convenient to so much in Dublin.

Wonderful
Great location, Harcourt Luas stop is walking distance, close to Iveagh Gardens
Everything was great. Nice, quiet street, beautiful property, comfortable bed. The only thing to take into account is there’s no elevator- we didn’t mind, but worth to mention.

Very Good
Great location (not too close to the major party areas). Nice shower! Comfy beds. Yummy breakfast!
Lots of road noise at all hours of night. Our room faced the street and we had our windows open because it was hot and there was so much noise (not hotels fault but worth noting).

Excellent location. The main sites of Dublin are within easy walking distance. The rooms were comfortable and charming. The breakfast was excellent! The breakfast room could get a little busy at times, but there is a nice sitting area to wait if a table is not immediately available. Please do allow a little extra time in the event you need to wait for a table -- the breakfast is well worth it! Friendly staff.
No complaints.

Wonderful
The room was nice and modernized. The breakfast was great! Everyone was helpful. It was close to the tram line and The Odeon lounge which we loved.
All the stairs we had to climb to get to our room. We were warned and staff did help us with our bags but even without them it was a slog.

Poor
The room was extremely hot and the tiny fan they provided did nothing to help. It was not possible to open a window because they had take. The windows out and put in glass bricks. It cooled off outside at night but the room stayed sweltering through the night. Bathroom window was also impossible to open. Front desk staff was rude to me and the room was over-priced. Barely slept thqt night. Had to take a walk at 2 am to cool off.

Everything about our stay at Kilronan house was excellent. The breakfast was outstanding! Beautifully prepared and delicious. All the staff were friendly and accomodating. Our room was comfortable and quiet. It is in a nice area of Dublin and easily walkable to many locations. We will definitely stay here again when we are in Dublin.

Breakfast was great. Stellar choices and great pacing. Everything of good quality. Exceeded my expectations.
It was a hot week. Not the hotel’s fault. Our room had a window and skylight that opened which helped a lot.

Wonderful
This Guesthouse was very nice. There were 4 people traveling in our party, so we had a larger room which fit us nicely. The breakfast was excellent, the staff very nice and attentive, they even made us a complementary Irish Whiskey. We arrived early and they had no problems allowing us to store our luggage while we waited for our room and walked around.
Nothing really bad to say, the only issue we had was with the night/early morning road traffic. Because it was warm in the room, we had to crack the windows at night. The street noise was disruptive while sleeping.

Wonderful
The staff, especially in the morning, were helpful and courteous! The breakfast each day was delicious.
Although not an issue for us, we had a room on the fourth floor, which is actually five levels from the ground floor up a narrow stairway. The room was pretty small. We had wonderful weather during our time in Dublin, but there were no fans or AC on the top floor so it was a bit warm.

Nice quiet location and lovely building. The breakfast was lovely and really nice to be included for the price.
There was no door of curtain for the bathroom so the light came in very early in the morning.

We stayed in the James Joyce suite. It was lovely room on the front of the building. The staff were warm and welcoming. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The location was perfect for getting out and touring the city.
We liked everything!
