Wonderful
This Guesthouse was very nice. There were 4 people traveling in our party, so we had a larger room which fit us nicely. The breakfast was excellent, the staff very nice and attentive, they even made us a complementary Irish Whiskey. We arrived early and they had no problems allowing us to store our luggage while we waited for our room and walked around.
Nothing really bad to say, the only issue we had was with the night/early morning road traffic. Because it was warm in the room, we had to crack the windows at night. The street noise was disruptive while sleeping.

Wonderful
The staff, especially in the morning, were helpful and courteous! The breakfast each day was delicious.
Although not an issue for us, we had a room on the fourth floor, which is actually five levels from the ground floor up a narrow stairway. The room was pretty small. We had wonderful weather during our time in Dublin, but there were no fans or AC on the top floor so it was a bit warm.

We stayed in the James Joyce suite. It was lovely room on the front of the building. The staff were warm and welcoming. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The location was perfect for getting out and touring the city.
We liked everything!

Great location and excellent breakfast!!!
Could have used a fan in the room - it was hot and there wasn’t a light sheet or blanket to cover with. The duvet was overkill for the warm room.

Nice quiet location and lovely building. The breakfast was lovely and really nice to be included for the price.
There was no door of curtain for the bathroom so the light came in very early in the morning.

Beautiful building and has a lot of stairs. The manager was amazing! He helped with our car, luggage, and a pot of tea before heading out. The room we had breakfast in was very lovely. He recommended a delicious restaurant around the corner that we had a lovely dinner at. Would definitely return to this spot.

The room was really comfortable for our family of four - the beds were very comfortable. Everything was very clean. Breakfast was amazing and the staff were wonderful
The rooms were spotless but the lobby area and carpet are little worn.

I've stayed here in the past and always enjoyed it. The room was small but perfect for my needs. Breakfast was really excellent. Also, a particular mention goes out to the staff. Staff are usually polite (it comes with the job!) but there was a sense at Kilronan that they were interested in guests - where they were coming from, what they were doing in Dublin - and ready to chat with people at the desk and in the dining area. It's just a pleasant place to stay.

Wonderful
The property is beautiful and the staff were fabulous. The breakfast had numerous options; everything we ate was great. It’s in a quiet area, which was good for sleeping.
No air conditioning, so our room was quite hot and stuffy (during the heat wave!). The staff did lend us a fan, which helped. Our particular room was on the smaller side (for 2 people).

Location is great and a short walk to local attractions. Breakfast was good and service was excellent. Bit of a hike to get to rooms but it is an older building so that is to be expected

Great location down a tree lined street with lots of street parking and ability to walk to restaurants near by. The property was older and charming. Breakfast was made to order which we really enjoyed! We asked the property to reserve a parking spot. Comfortable beds.
Rooms are tight, one night was perfect.

The staff were friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was always a delight and the service very attentive. The location was good for both walking and tram access.
The room we had often seemed stuffy and warm at night and we didn't have operable windows other than the Vellux skylights which could not be left open if there was a chance of rain.

Wonderful B&B in Dublin! The proprietor was always available to make sure we had everything we needed and was extremely helpful with tips on places to go. The room was specious and the beds were very comfortable. Also, the breakfast offered many options and was absolutely delicious.

Wonderful
Nice boutique style room. Front desk manager gave us a complimentary upgrade which was very nice. Breakfast was delicious eggs Benedict cooked to order. Staff was very helpful in helping us get a cab booked for an early morning flight. Short walking distance to restaurants, pubs and shops but far enough away that it was quiet.
No elevator. This wasn’t an issue for me as the front desk manager brought my large suitcase upstairs but I did see another guest struggling to get hers downstairs in the morning.
