Ennis was extremely accommodating and informative about the area. Their shower and mirror in the bathroom were very nice and clean. Breakfast was probably our favorite part. We felt bad when we arrived 30 min before breakfast ended, but they didn't rush us at all.
I think maybe a fan to add more airflow to the room would be nice. The stairs are a bit tough to get up and down if you're on one of the top levels, but the building doesn't have the capacity for a lift. Neither was a big deal for us

Good breakfast, nice hot chocolate. Location. Extremely, Mr Ramazhan helpful staff helped us with our luggages and very pleasant service. Mr Enes who woke us for our taxi driver (overslept) basically he went beyond his office hours. He packed food for our trip like 2 x banana, 2 x apples
Digestive biscuits and 2 water bottles.
Lighting in the room.

I asked for the ground floor room (they only have one) as it saved the stairs and made coming and going easy, though there are still a few steps down. I will stay upstairs next time though as it was a bit noisy in the morning being next to the kitchen. If you are an early riser off to business this will not affect you. All the rooms are beautiful but I do love the view from the upper floor rooms. The TV was the perfect distance from the bed in the downstairs room.
A little on the warm side but I opened the window. I didn't ask but perhaps one can control the heat.

The staff were exceptional in helping us with early check in and breakfast and standing cabs. Even a complimentary night cap. We would go back.
Easy walk to parks, galleries, Trinity and good dining. Tram nearby too.

Breakfast was excellent, freshly cooked. All the staff team were welcoming and so willing to help. Spotlessly clean.
Lots of stairs, room was comfortable but compact. Recommend choosing larger if you plan to work. .

I loved the people!!! Ramazans smile was contagious. He patiently waited as I arrived past check in time and always made sure I was taken care of. The beds were so comfortable and the feel was like staying over at grandmas house! I loved it and cannot wait to return.

The breakfast was one of the best ever and again the staff were the icing on the cake for this property . Will definitely stay again and recommend to family and friends .
