The facade was having some work done, but it did not interfere with our entrance. The property was cozy and clean. We received a warm welcome and full walk through of our rooms by staff. It was lovely. Be aware that they do not have an elevator in the case that you require one.

The breakfast was amazing! The room was lovely, but a bit small. It was very clean and the shower was luxurious. The shared spaces were beautifully furnished and decorated. The staff was fine. Lovely neighborhood, conveniently located.

The rooms were pretty good. They were clean and well kept even if the rest of the property was shabby. The staff were nice but not always very helpful with questions.
The bldg is ensconced in scaffolding which was disappointing….there was no natural light in the room because of the scaffolding in front of all the windows. The sitting room was uncomfortable with loud musak playing and there was no where comfortable to go — no spaces for guests to just be. The bldg itself seemed shabby in general. I regret booking.

The outside of the building is lovely and the ground floor, though small, is full of character and is comfortable. The reception staff and breakfast staff were excellent. As was the breakfast. There is not a lot to choose from, but the food is excellent and plentiful.
The property does not have an elevator and it was hard to go up the 50 stairs to my room after a long day out in Dublin. Also, the single-sized room is tiny, with a twin sized bed with just enough room to get around it on two sides. If you just need a bed, it is fine. But if you are also looking for a space to relax in, upgrade to one of the larger rooms.

It is a beautiful restored Georgian townhome. Charming and clean, top to bottom! The service was wonderful. We left our bags while we explored the city and had to do the same at the end of our stay; we were always treated graciously. The location couldn’t be better! The breakfast was absolutely top notch! Service for breakfast was also very excellent.
Our windows facing the street were covered with scaffolding and green construction cloth.

Lovely older dwelling. Lots of steps so be prepared to carry your luggage! The manager was very kind and welcoming. The breakfast service was ok. Easy access to all things Dublin!

We got a free upgrade to a very large room, with charming decoration (which probably all rooms share). A full served breakfast was tasty with wide options. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was on the main road, but without excessive noise.
Modern bathroom was a little out of keeping with the room decor, and shower was a little tight. Good pressure though.

The building is beautiful, the staff was very attentive and we felt very safe at that location.
There are stairs to the rooms BUT the hotel gave us plenty of notice, which was very kind, and it wasn’t a big deal to me.

The room was comfortable and very clean. The staff in the morning for breakfast was so friendly and kind. The breakfast menu had a lot of options and was very good. The location made it easy to walk to anywhere in the city. The location was quiet though which allowed for a great night sleep.

Breakfast were delicious and great start for a day of sightseeing. The gentleman who checked us in early in the morning was so helpful and kind. He checked in with us everyday, to be sure things were going well. Unfortunately Dublin was in the middle of a heat wave, and as spoiled Americans, the heat and lack of windows was difficult.

Breakfast was excellent, the staff is very helpful. The rooms are small, whatyou would expect in any bustling city center location. The bed was comfortable, the bath was updated, and due to the unseasaonbly warm weather, the staff was able to provide a small fan that helped so much. Overall a good stay - this hotel is clean, safe, and convenient to so much in Dublin.
