Worth booking for the great breakfast alone, but also a very charming and comfortable property (actually two adjacent houses). It sits right at the edge of the gentrified area and you can clearly see the contrast with the steel-and-glass Dublin and these old houses that give you a sense of time past. The staff don't miss a beat - excellent hospitality. The bed was warm and comfortable, the bathroom water hot and abundant, the lounge a quiet, timeless respite from the external world. The walk downtown is super pleasant, or you could take the tram. Couldn't recommend it enough.
My room was clearly a single person room (what they used to call "the help") but even so, it was comfortable and had everything necessary. I was worried I might be cold at night but the luxe duvet kept me perfectly warm.

Wonderful
Comfortable bed, excellent breakfast made to my special request and served with a friendly smile, building shows its age but is clean.
I can hear other guests in the halls and entering their rooms in the middle of the night

The house was absolutely gorgeous and was in the perfect location. It’s right next to several public transportation options, or it’s an easy 20 minute walk to central Dublin. I got there at noon and wasn’t able to check in until three, but they let me store my luggage so that I could still have a full day in Dublin. I was also super tired when I arrived, I’d had two hectic days of travel. The staff were so kind, they brought me a tea tray and let me relax in the sitting room, which turned my whole day around.

Excellent daily breakfast and in-room
Nespresso maker.
Room needed more hooks on walls and furniture / shelving to unpack. No conditioner provided. Metal keys and door locks should be replaced with modern digital cards for security.

The room was very cold, even with the radiator on 5. You can also hear everything going on in the hallway

We were so impressed with staff offering to park the car and carry up our bags. We were so maxed out from our trip and it made us feel so much better. Thank you for being so accommodating.
Being on tbe fourth floor was a little taxing for older adults. We asked for two beds so that may have been the only floor that could fit our requirements.

Conveniently located to restaurants, parks, museums, train station.
We booked the economy rooms - they were tight. The manager did contact me ahead of time to let me know. Adequate for a night or two but would recommend one of the larger rooms if staying longer.

I love this place! We’ve had two stays here on our trip to Ireland. The facility is historic, charming, and the staff are so lovely. We loved the breakfast.

I love this area of Dublin - you really can't beat the location! Breakfast was amazing, and they helped me out with parking and moving my car to the street on the day of my departure. I booked a small economy room but it was as expected and honestly perfect/cute/comfortable for myself.
I do feel the staff could have been a touch friendlier.

Easy access near public transport from the airport, even Aircoach ran late night on a weeknight. Cute lobby. Renovated bathroom. Comfy bed and dark curtains. Nice to have breakfast included and good quality!
