Very Good
Close to public transport and not far from the city center
It was attached to a restaurant and bar, so depending on where you’re staying in the hotel and what day of the week, you might have to walk through a crowd to get to your room. However, the noise is minimal once you reach your room.

I liked the historical nature of the interior building. I am a Heritage and Museum Studies MA student, so I really appreciated it and would of liked to hear more about the history of the building.
I didn't like that my room was above the smoking area. That couldn't be helped though.

Wonderful
Location was good. Staff was amazing and very helpful.
Because of weather, the WiFi reception was not working most of the time. I was relying on it for information etc. The WiFi needs an upgrade for guests to access internet.

Good
The Hotel was clean & good location
Over all I quite enjoyed my stay. Warren at the front desk was wonderful upon arrival. However, Erica who also worked at the Front Desk was extremely unhelpful & unaccommodating. The girl is ill equipped for this position.

Very Good
We enjoyed our stay at this hotel overall. It provided easy access to walk all over Dublin, or catch a tram. The neighborhood is vibrant, with lots of restaurants and coffee shops. Our room was comfortable, and housekeeping did a good job every day. It had a nice shower, and a comfortable bed. The front desk staff were great, and helped us find our room through the maze of upstairs hallways.
The breakfast at the restaurant downstairs was very lackluster, and the breakfast staff always seemed kind of grumpy and disorganized. After two mornings down there, we went elsewhere. There was also quite a bit of street noise through the windows, which we expected, but good to mention, as one night it was excessive and went on until 4:00am.

Good
Good location. Very walkable, but it was a little sketch at night.
The price was pretty high, much like all hotels in Dublin.

Disappointing
The hotel was clean and comfortable.
I had been at a conference all day and then went out for a meal with clients and I was looking forward to getting back to the hotel for some down time with a nice cool beer.. when I got back to the hotel just after 11:30pm the bar was closed and when I phoned reception from my room and looked for room service to bring a drink to my room I was told it was not possible to get a drink in the hotel "even as a resident" after 11:30pm.
I had paid €183 for the room (that did not include breakfast).
Also, there was no parking and nowhere to pull up outside the hotel to drop luggage before going to QPark Stephen's Green and walking back to the hotel in the rain carrying my bags. I could have put up with that if I could have got what I consider "normal room service" and had a drink in my room after a long day. Also the wifi did not work.
I will not stay in this hotel again.

Fair
Great location, interesting layout
Beds were so uncomfortable, the doors were so loud and hallways were loud we could hear people through out the night

Exceptional
Clean, comfortable beds and room. Cheapest food and drinks in Dublin. Very affordable breakfast and less cost than most. Good location to many things in town. 30 min walk or less to most well known landmarks in Dublin. Pubs and restaurants all close by.

Pleasant
Good location. Tea, coffee, cookies, water, teapot in the room.
Good bar in the building.
Awful shower, only tropical shower and no shower cap, for long hairs its real problem. At the reception advised to buy it in the store.
Poor soundproofing. The hotel has many doors, there's constant noise from them.
