Good
Liked the location, the room was comfortable and it was quiet.
The breakfast at the hotel was not good... the ingredients were not good quality so we ate outside most of the days.
The hotel's ordering app falsely charged me TWICE and even though I contacted the hotel for that via email, they said they would look into it but now they keep ignoring me completely.
That itself left some bitterness so I do not think I am going to stay there again next time I am in dublin...

Wonderful
Location, affordable restaurant.
WiFi was spotty. While we don’t need to be connected constantly, we like to check on the pets while we’re on vacation and receive messages if there are problems.

Location is fantastic. Lots to do but it’s not as wild as the temple bar district recommended to tourists. Friendly staff.
Old building and you can smell it at times. My travel partner could not, so I think it would only be a consideration if you have a very sensitive nose (I do).

Location was good.
The person cleaning our rooms did a good job of cleaning the bathroom, but did not bring fresh glasses or coffee mugs. I had left over pizza in a box which was thrown away.

I liked the historical nature of the interior building. I am a Heritage and Museum Studies MA student, so I really appreciated it and would of liked to hear more about the history of the building.
I didn't like that my room was above the smoking area. That couldn't be helped though.

Wonderful
Location was good. Staff was amazing and very helpful.
Because of weather, the WiFi reception was not working most of the time. I was relying on it for information etc. The WiFi needs an upgrade for guests to access internet.

Very Good
The location of the hotel was very good for our needs. The front desk staff was extraordinarily helpful in securing taxis when needed and solving any problems that arose. While quirky floor plans were a bit of a challenge…it became quite charming and a fun puzzle.
The restaurant was a very big disappointment. After one meal we no longer ate there. The menu offerings were primarily of Circle K or grab and go quality. Not appetizing. A salad selected was the worst. So sad as the historic property has so much potential. A very weird and unfriendly vibe in the atrium area.

Close to public transport and not far from the city center
It was attached to a restaurant and bar, so depending on where you’re staying in the hotel and what day of the week, you might have to walk through a crowd to get to your room. However, the noise is minimal once you reach your room.
