Wonderful
The room was bright, airy, and very clean, though we took an upgrade to an executive room for 3 euros per night. well worth it. The bar staff were very good, easy to talk to and when not too busy, delivered our drinks to our table. The location is good as Connell street is only about 100 metres away, which is great for shopping.
The pillows on the bed were very hard and not the most comfortable.

Very clean room, very comfortable bed, good quality bedsheets. Very quite. Nice breakfast, good food selection. Very nice grill and bar for dinner.

The room was spacious enough, and the beds were comfortable.
Parnell Street is in a poor area with many homeless people, drug users, and suspicious-looking individuals, which made it feel unsafe. The key card for the entrance often did not work properly.

Very noisy all night and our air conditioning was dripping water so had to turn it off, room was very hot

Location is good. Staff are friendly.
No parking and no slot in the partner parking and we have to keep checking on the available slots. Managed to get one parking from 10pm -7.30am which costs us about $16+ after discount. But we have to find thgs to do until 10pm with young kids and woke up early to move our car at 7.30am. Avoid to drive if you consider to stay in this hotel. mall space. Noisy - ppl talking in the square. The room is small.
