Anna, she really helped us find a room that had AC, when the first 2 did not. She made the situation bearable. Szymon-Gil was helpful when we had an issue with parking.
The parking instructions were misleading. They stated the parking garage was on one street when it was actually on a different street.

Cleanliness and friendly staff, especially breakfast restaurant manager Vanessa on loan from Christchurch location. She was genuinely there to see the operation ran smoothly. She even helped the staff clean tables when things got busy. Greeted guests with warmth and was very pleasant.
Breakfast selection change throughout the week would make things more interesting.

Excellent location. Very good breakfast. Pleasant and helpful staff. Luggage storage was so helpful as we arrived early and left late.
