Good location, very helpful staff at the reception desk making you feel right at home, good size rooms/bathrooms, good showers.
Breakfasts could be quite chaotic at busy times with lots of uncleaned tables, unreplenished food items, and even lines to get into the restaurant. Food variety is ok, although more fresh veggies will be good to have. Fruit infused water at the reception lobby often not replenished at evening times.

Good size room for 3 people. Good little bar for a nightcap after a long day sightseeing Umbrellas for hire in the lobby. Great idea
The shower drain was very slow emptying and nearly overflowed a few times.

The location was excellent. Lots of shops and restaurants around. The breakfast was good and rich. The staff was helpful and kind.

The rooms were a good size and breakfast was great.
There are so many rooms so the walk from the lift felt like a maze. The area surrounding also was not the most pleasant (particularly at night). Beds were a bit on the smaller side.
