The restaurant was excellent the food was delicious even with a small menu and the staff were very attentive I chose to eat every evening I would choose to have dinner at your restaurant even if I wasn’t staying there
The area around your hotel was a little sketchy panhandling and seedy people wondering around which I fully understood you have no control over my room was clean and my bed was extremely comfortable but my room overlooked the garbage cleaning yard with quite a clattering of vehicles coming and going starting quite early

This time I stayed at this hotel for a business trip, but unfortunately I was very disappointed with the overall experience. Firstly, before check-in, I needed to confirm my booking, but there was no response via either phone or email. On the first day of my stay, the face-to-face service was actually good and I was satisfied with the staff at reception. However, after I checked out, the experience became extremely frustrating. I needed to request a VAT invoice from the hotel, and despite sending around 20 emails, I only received automated bot replies. I also called several times and was told someone would help me, but in the end, nobody actually resolved the issue. For business travellers who require proper invoice support and communication, I would recommend avoiding this hotel. If you are travelling for leisure only, then it may still be worth considering.
