The location.
Staff booked taxi for us in the morning.
My food was nice.
It was quiet.
It was a great location as my daughter had an appointment in the children's hospital, however there wasn't a very suitable menu for children in the restaurant and for breakfast.

The location is great
The value of the paid one doest not worth, unfortunately you are paying a lot of money. But the service is poor. For example, they don't put drinking water bottles in the rooms. They don't have a safe in the room. they offer a free safe in the reception, and each time you need to open your safe, you need to ask the reception to open it for you. The room service will take ages to clean your room, I have left my room from 10 AM with the banner that says I need to clean my room on the door and returned at 3:30 PM and the room wasn't cleaned yet.

Arrived shortly after 11 and asked to leave my bags before checking in later. But reception checked to see if there was a room ready, which it was and let me check in 4 hours early.
The hotel is clean comfortable and quiet and is my choice of accomodation when I stay that side of town

Very convenient to what I wanted,I was going to a gig in the Olympia. Child friendly ,staff were very accommodating, got to check in before time.beautiful views, within walking distance of st.stephens green.

Great location and a lovely reception and bar area. The breakfast was excellent and the staff were very pleasant and provided a really good service.
Small details. The rooms needed a little bit of a refurbishment, nothing drastic but they looked tired. Tea and coffee was provided, but no bottled water. Fixed soap and shampoo dispensers in the rooms didnt function properly, so we had to buy shower gel to use.

The free transfer offered to us when we booked the reservation was not there from at the airport
