We recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. On the positive side, the location is excellent — very central and convenient for exploring the city. A special mention goes to the Argentinian bartender, who was exceptionally kind and made our evenings at the bar very pleasant.
Unfortunately, the rest of our stay didn’t meet expectations. There was no prior notice about the lack of air conditioning, which made the night nearly unbearable due to the heat. The pillows were also quite uncomfortable, making it hard to get a good night's sleep.
One of the main reasons we chose this hotel was the included breakfast — we paid extra to avoid having to look for places to eat in the morning. Sadly, this turned out to be a disappointment. The breakfast room was extremely small and overcrowded, creating a stressful atmosphere where it felt like you had to fight for food. The selection and quality were both poor, to the point that we ended up going out for breakfast anyway, defeating the whole purpose.
Additionally, the staff in the restaurant area were surprisingly rude, which only added to the unpleasant experience.
Overall, while the location and one standout staff member were great, the rest of the stay left a lot to be desired. We wouldn’t choose to return or recommend it unless significant improvements are made

No breakfast included in rate, which was expensive for one night
There is parking attached to the hotel but it wasn't free parking.... While we did get a discounted rate because we stayed in the hotel, it was still expensive, and way more than I would expect to pay for parking anywhere

Location is great, no more than a 15 minute walk to most places. Breakfast buffet is really good, the Scottish breakfast was great. Like bar and lounge area in front of the lobby. Taxi’s in front ready to go.
I reserved a room with a king bed and I got a room with a full size bed and a single, yet the front desk insisted the bed was king. The stay was for just 2 nights so I just accepted the room. And the bed was a bit too firm. Otherwise great place.

- Iron and ironing board provided with the room.
- Shower clogged and flooded the bathroom, took 2 days to fix.
- For whatever reason they can't provide a toilet brush for the room even when explicitly asked for one. The only option to clean the toilet is to wait for the room cleaning the next day.
- Breakfast was mediocre.
- Way overpriced for what you get.
- Can't pay cash for anything, card only
- They don't serve alcohol at the bar before 12

.This hotel is perfect for families, offering comfort and convenience. Clean and comfortable room. The location is superb—we were able to walk to many popular attractions, making our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!. Polite and friendly staff.

Very Poor
Well, the restaurant guys were good other than than that it's a 0 stars from my side. Photos are deceitful. Just better to avoid if you can. I'm not sure if all rooms and bathrooms are same but we were at room 09 and it had PATHETIC unclean mouldy bathroom and pathetic sofa bed.
The bathroom:
It's totally different from the photos. Dirty, mouldy , outdated. Ofcourse it doesn't match the photos on booking dot com.
Room:
Sofa bed was literally like sleeping on a wire mesh.
Ground floor rooms is not accessible. There's no alternative to stairs even though the call it ground floor.
For every complaint you hear- we are overbooked/fully booked. LOL.
It means you're a mismanaged rude hotel with just a brand name. Obviously me and my children are not coming back.

Overall the properly was really nicely furnished and comfortable and clean.
The only bad thing I’ve too say were the beds were a bit uncomfortable, matress was very hard but you’d get over it if your only staying a night or two!

Loved the location, right in the centre with everything in walking distance, I said in my booking that it was my mams first time in Dublin and asked for a room with a view which they happily accommodated to which was fantastic, the bathrooms were very nice in the rooms and they have a fridge which personally I think every hotel should have in the room haha! Staff were friendly and very helpful
Only thing I’d say would be at the time there was building works going on but it wasn’t an issue as we were out most of the day only in through the day for about an hour one day through the week and the bar was a lil on the pricy side but kinda what you expect from a hotel so again, can’t complain!

Location very central, hotel room recently renovated, fabulous decor. 2 double bed for 2 of us. Great check in staff. Breakfast was best I’ve had in a hotel. We were last to arrive for breakfast, full fresh selection of everything you could want. Definitely would recommend and hopefully will get to return again.
