Location was perfect but it is slightly up hill from temple bar so just something to be aware of.

It was close to Temple Bar & walking distance to many key city center spots in Dublin
The staff was quite unfriendly & not helpful at all for a situation on one of my travelers on retrieving a personal item that the hotel did have in their possession & made it absolutely impossible to get proper communication & ability to get item shipped to the USA, which in turn cost my traveling friend over $1000 due to incompetence by the management & their ability to make a simple situation fixable to get a item mailed, it was disrespectful & disgraceful. Will never stay here again & put a review as well on their web page as terrible customer service!!
