Best quality and value for money in Dublin. Lovely decor and space.
Nowhere in the bathroom to put shampoo etc.
My room was on the first floor above the road ( a road goes through the hotel!) shook when lorries went under at night and it was noisy.

Very smart, clean and staff very friendly and well located
Nothing about the property. However there was lots of noise outside car horns bibbing at about 3am for what felt like an hour that woke us both up.

Great location and comfortable and clean. Well appointed.
You could hear the music in the hotel bar 2 floors down thumping at night. Fortunately it stopped before too late, but we could hear it quite loud and it wasn’t relaxing for our evening in the room.

Beautiful place with great location. Very friendly staff. Free water bottles daily. Clean rooms. Comfortable beds.
The room was very warm and the window only opened so much. Very loud music from an adjacent night club until very late and the windows of the room were not sound proof so couldn’t sleep very well.

Location, quality of rooms, bar & restaurant. Friendliness of staff
Booking.com guests stay in annex down the street,not great at best of times & useless in bad weather. Our room was basement & musty. Advertised drop off zone was a taxi rank & porters to fetch luggage did not materialise. All staff nice but not enough of them & didn’t understand our requests (eg why doesn’t a 4 star hotel have decaffeinated tea?). Breakfast buffet warm not hot.

Room was lovely, nice and clean and had all I needed. Staff were really helpful and polite. Central location and even though on a main road I didn't find it noisy.
A little costly but I think that's just Dublin! Compared to similar cost hotels in similar locations it was good value.
