Wonderful
Everything was really good, bar, food, toilets. But I was in a basement box room thing. Small but still really nice. But the floor was hotter than the sun. Not sure if there lava down there, or i’d knocked on a floor heater. But other than that mint hotel.
Bad gut, great toilets :)

The decor was great, really fancy hotel. I was really looking forward to my stay.
The room was an absolute joke. They called it a City Pod, which had nice decor but it was still very expensive. The main issue was the room was 30 degrees all night long, it's a like a sauna. I had the air con on the coldest setting and turned up full. The window was directly on the street and it was a wooden sheet that slides for a curtain so if you keep it open anyone on the street outside can see you sleep. The staff didn't care, it was like it they were not listening to the words I was saying to them it was completely ignored. They promised they'd drop up a fan. I waited an hour, and nothing and I rang again. I was waiting to go to an event, so I delayed my shower until they arrived with the fan. Housekeeping came to the room without the promised fan, looked at the settings and left. I went to reception and told them I had rang twice and talked to housekeeping and no one bothered to help. They promised they would place a fan in the room for when I got back form the event. I arrived back after mid night expecting after 4 times asking to place a fan in the room and nothing. I was too tired and also what was I to expect that after a 5th time of asking they would do something different? I couldn't sleep not only because of the temperature but also because of how terrible the bed was. It was a homemade wooden frame with a thin mattress on top. I had to keep the window open and it was also hard to sleep knowing anyone could be watching you.
Reception the next day didn't bother to ask me about my stay, I was waiting to tell them again but I wanted to see if the receptionist bothered to ask, and they didn't. It was the same as before they didn't care. I would avoid this hotel, as they clearly don't value customers as it's city centre and they get the trade anyway.

Excellent location, short walk to Stephen's Green area. Facilities at hotel very good and staff excellent, helpful with taxi bookings.
No air conditioning in room, room noise was high, fan in bathroom runs constantly and background noise annoying.

very nice hotel. great room, restaurant and bar. high ceilings in our room. staff was very friendly and helpful.
very difficult if driving in. parking is a nightmare. not impossible if driving but very stressful and a mile or so down the road in a tiny car park. also, there is a very popular night club across the street. we were given a street room which I'm sure is a treat. however, you can hear the club music / bass until 4 in the morning. could be different for other rooms i'm sure. might be good to ask before they give room.

The room was nice and clean. Beds were very comfortable. Restaurant for dinner had quality food. Staff was helpful, especially with booking taxis.
Some evenings got a little noisy because of the college students gathering outside the pub across the street until 3:00am. A little more variety on the TV in the evening would have been nice, the 1970s Lee Majors television shows were a bit outdated.

Service was excellent. Room interior excellent. Food very good and enjoyable.
Unfortunately the hotel is located on a busy and noisy street, which we didn’t expect and it appears to only have single glaze windows, which is disappointing in today’s world.
