Wonderful
The room was very spacious and clean. The shower was very big as well. Breakfast was superb! The staff was very friendly.
The aircon was not working, so it was very hot at night and the windows of the room open very little, so the fresh air wasn´t coming that much.

Excellent staff, especially Rob who checked us in,the location is great in a quiet area but only a short walk to bars restaurants and landmarks,the room was quiet,clean with a comfy bed.would definitely stay again
No a/c in room,that's the only reason I gave it 9 instead of a 10 as the summers are now getting hotter i think they need to invest in a/c

We booked two rooms. Asked for two to rooms to be together. Mother and child were on second floor. They gave me a room in the basement. Below grade tiny window and dark. Bed was like a bunk bed surrounded by three walls. Basically in closet. They should be embarrassed to rent those rooms at full price. They wanted 40 euros per night to move out. I moved eventually at no charge to be with companions who only after negotiating with a staff that has no real understanding of customer service.

The room was stunning. It was very clean, comfortable and spacious. The staff in the hotel were very accommodating and lovely to deal with. We were greeted at reception with lovely smiles and a warm welcome.
Breakfast was a little disappointing we came down 40 minutes before breakfast ended and the staff were reluctant to put out any fresh food or beverages, we had to continuously ask for food and beverages even though it was a continental breakfast. With 20 minutes left of breakfast the staff said we had to finish quick as they were setting up for an event after. It just felt very rushed and unwelcoming.

Great location and great staff at check in in the evening
The room I was given was poor. There was no hot water on tap,in the room I had you had to wait for 5 minutes for the water to start to become hot. It was extremely hot in the actual room temperature wise at 26 degrees with the air con blowing out hot air . I checked in late so did not realise re the hot water until the morning and the air con I throughly would kick in When I went to check out in the morning there was only 1 person on the desk with a queue of people . I had to be in work so I could not wait . As I prepaid I left

clean, bed was comfortable
toilet is in the room. air con unit in toilet noisy all the time, room LG6, doesn't stop - it's likely not the unit but aircon flowing above it. Was offered to move room, LG3, was like a sauna, over air con unit or something similar - floor was super warm, so decided to stick with the noise. Room is below the outside footpath so people can look down at you in your room - window can't be opened more than a few inches as a result. Was offered an upgrade at €499 a night - attitude was I booked a cheap booking.com room, what do I expect. And it wasn't that cheap on booking.com. Probably won't book a hotel room again in Dublin through Booking.com - I'll book direct.
