Wonderful
We were only at your hotel for one night, but we took some walks to the Iveagh Garden and St. Steven's Green in the morning before we left. The location is perfect. Wished we had more time there. Breakfast was good.
It was warm in the room. We tried to cool it down with the air conditioning, but it remained warm.

Decent location as long as it is not a weekend. Nice staff.
Brown bathwater! There was someone else’s hair in the bath also. There was also a few dark hairs in the bed. Unimpressed but not in any mood to request a new room. Also no Netflix on the tv. Very poor for a “4 star” hotel.

The overall ambiance was very relaxing. Staff was very attentive to our needs. Bar area very nice and comfortable. Good location.
Parking not very convenient. We had issues with air conditioning as there was none available in room. Staff placed portable unit in there which was not the best from a noise perspective. Also our room while very nice. Was detached from main building and had very inconvenient stairs especially from a luggage perspective.

Location
Bar closing early. Should be open for residence. We like to get back early and have a few drinks before going to bed. Rooms very warm, no air condition.

It was very well managed and simple to check in and out. Everything was well presented and the room was ideal for the purpose and even though the hotel was full it never felt busy or overrun.
The building, being older, meant that some waste pipes were shared so there was a water sound when someone above was having a shower or bath. And the windows were not that well soundproofed from exterior noise.

Posh and elegant city hotel. Friendly staff.
The parking garage where they have discount is 10 minutes walk away and still expensive. The city pod small rooms for one look cool, but are small and not comfortable with very poor sound insulation.

Location was central and close to public space and the main section of bars & restaurants. I will say that the road view rooms were a bit loud do to the clubs on the other side of the street and the tram that ran until 11:30pm. However the staff, food and rooms were amazing. Super friendly and helpful. Would likely stay again if my future self and still afford to!
Some rooms didn’t have A/C as advertised but accommodations were made.
