This property has townhouse accommodations in close proximity to the hotel. I booked the hotel stay and was informed on arrival yhat I was in the town house. I did not contract to stay in the townhouse and I never would have as the room is proximal to the street and already had received poor reviews.

Gorgeous rooms, very comfortable. Great location for the gaiety theatre. The restaurant food was beautiful and so was breakfast.
Not quite central so quite a walk to the centre but central prices. We paid €370 for 1 night twin room and did not include breakfast.

Great location close to everything. Helpful staff. The tablet in the room that you can use for room service and other choices was a nice touch. Clean and spacious.
The entrance is not very noticeable, you can be in front of it and miss it. Maybe a bigger sign?

The hotel is centrally located but not what I would normally choose as it was very impersonal and u was one of many. I will choose a smaller, more friendly place next time.

The room was lovely. Very comfortable bed and pillows. I thought the room looking onto the street would be an issue with noise but this was not the case. Very nice room. Didn't spend much time elsewhere int he hotel

There was a big dehumidifier/air conditioner device on the floor of our small room, a big hose/tube attached to it hanging out of the window. It was getting noisy outside, around 4-5am, from delivery or rubbish collection trucks arriving but we could not close the window. It was disappointing.
