Breakfast was great as was the location. Lovely hotel. Fabulous King bed! Best we’ve had at a hotel.
The WiFi in our room was unusable. We reported it but it didn’t improve. We needed WiFi for trip planning. Might have preferred a room inside the building, instead of the one with the entrance off the street, for the price. The location of that room probably contributed to the WiFi issue.

First night they assigned me in a handicap room.
The bathroom layout did not work out for us
However they switched my room for the rest of my stay .
Recommend requesting to stay at the back of the hotel the night life on the frontside could be disturbing during sleeping hours

Breakfast was very nice with various options. Staff at reception were very helpful.
The staff at the garden restaurant were extremely rude. We could not get waited on even after flagging gown the manager. The air conditioning unit was very noisy and disrupted sleep.

Lovely inviting lobby. Clean spacious bedroom & bathroom. A short walk from the luas and St. Stephen’s Green.
The breakfast buffet could be improved upon. Huge chunks of fruit in the fruit salad (which require a knife and fork) & literally blocks of cheese were served as single portions. I’m sure this must lead to a huge amount of food waste. Also 3 out of 4 at our table had coffee and all agreed it was the worst coffee they had ever tasted ?. The beverage Manager needs to taste it for him/herself and make a rapid change to a decent coffee. In this day and age there is no excuse for this.

The property was centrally located. Very close to Grafton st, st. Stephan’s park, trinity collage and temple bar. You can just walk everywhere.
The pictures on the booking website are not correct. The carpet in the rooms and the hallways are so dirty and smelly. I was shocked when we walked into the room. The carpet was about to rip off and had so many many stains on it. The rooms are very small and dark. No AC.

We needed 2 rooms for our family of 5. The rooms had a double and twin but did not feel cramped at all. The location of the hotel was perfect. Walking distance to Grafton st and all its restaurants and bars.
