Very Good
Comfortable, clean, good location, dinner was good, friendly staff.
Aircon unit in as it was during heatwave so room temp was comfortable
Breakfast was poor, we availed of the book before midnight special offer, if I was paying the full 32 euro I would be very annoyed at the breakfast quality.....

Exceptional
Beautiful boutique hotel in one of Dublin’s most desirable locations near St. Stephen’s Green, very spacious rooms, excellent breakfast! I highly recommend this hotel!

Good
Location was good. Bed comfortable and AC was a bonus. Shower was also good. For a birthday we received complimentary prosecco for afternoon tea which was a nice touch.
Breakfast was rushed. We arrived down at 10:20 and there was slim pickings left and not topped up. We knew 10:30 was the cutoff but they started clearing everything at 10:30 sharp! Most hotels I’ve stayed in give a grace period to finish and enjoy your breakfast even if you are cutting it fine

Exceptional
After having a very stressful arrival to Dublin and even worst initial booking at another hotel, they accompanied us immediately and went above and beyond.

Wonderful
The room was very comfortable! The location was excellent too, making it easy to walk around and find attractions, pubs and restaurants. I was also given an extended check-out time.
I would have liked more water in the room.

Wonderful
Relatively spacious room, good layout for a family of 3. Really ideal location right on the Luas tram line and walkable to St. Stephen’s Green, Trinity, Temple Bar etc. Super helpful staff.

Good
The room was nice, the bed was comfortable and everything was very clean. The location worked really well for us.
Aware they aren't that popular in Europe but a mini fridge would have been beneficial to keep things cool.
We visited during a heat wave and the AC would go off at night. Commonplace for majority of the year but with a down comforter it got really hot.

Disappointing
Good location and the main part of the hotel looked beautiful. We did not stay in that part of the hotel.
There was a poop stain on our toilet; out window looked out at a dumpster; the window air conditioner was helpful for the heat, but pulled in air that made our room smell like a dumpster; and the iron spit dirty water onto our clothes that stained them. The hotel looked nice, but this particular room was not worth the price.

Good
The staff was exceptional. Very friendly and helpful.
Our room was literally in the basement! You had to go out of the property, walk down two doors and then descend two flights of stairs to get to it. No written directions on how to get to it. This room was $440– definitely not worth paying that much!

Concierge Alan was amazing. He made us feel so welcome, and he was knowledgeable about the city and how to best get around.

Very Good
The location was convenient. The hotel was very clean. Bar had a great atmosphere. Lobby was very comfortable while we were waiting for our ride.
When we were waiting for our scheduled taxi ride to the airport, they kept saying it will be here in a few minutes but actually we scheduled it for 9:45 am and it came after 10:05 am!

Fair
Clean hotel and comfy bed, concierge was very pleasant and helpful.
Nightclub across the road the we be we knew about when booking. We were put into one of the townhouse rooms below tram level. The noise of the nightclub that went on until after 2 am coupled with the trams starting around 6 am made for a very short sleep.

Great location close to everything. Helpful staff. The tablet in the room that you can use for room service and other choices was a nice touch. Clean and spacious.
The entrance is not very noticeable, you can be in front of it and miss it. Maybe a bigger sign?

Bkfast was good. However, on each occasion, I was told I wasn’t on the list because I had not prepaid. I had, of course.
It seems your several data bases do not speak to each other,

The room size and location were great.
The toilet flush was random and the hair dryer did not work well.

Everything - staff and food excellent
Parking 10 mins away - not ideal but it is realistic for a city centre hotel

The location was perfect! We loved that it was near the hustle and bustle but also seemingly in a relatively quiet area. Also the staff were lovely and helpful
