Hotel seemed a bit dated and worn and no modern tech in the bedroom - no steaming services and no screencast.
Both breakfast and lunch were disappointing and lunch was so expensive - nearly €70 for two sandwiches and two soft drinks!
€25 a night parking fee seemed incredible after paying so much to stay

Great service, staff very friendly and helpful. I loved the bed - it was incredibly comfortable. The room was great. Great location next door to the RDS, perfect for the event I was attending. Lovely trees around the property - you don't feel like you are in a city.

Very clean rooms! Super impressed.
The préjudice was obvious to me as a British woman sole traveller with Indian heritage. I was not impressed with the service until Maria and Salvador made a concerted effort to correct their colleagues' faults but by this time it was too late for me. I felt unwelcome.

The hotel was very clean and spacious. Facilities were nice and staff was helpful and quick to attend.
The king size bed was smaller than expected. It was also a bit hard. The television is not smart tv and could not connect to netflix. Breakfast did not have much selection. The massage was just mediocre.
