Everything was awesome. We really enjoyed the breakfast which was not included in our booking but was delightful. The full irish breakfast is huge, just a warning. The staff was great aswell and the room was nice and clean. There was everything that we needed and more.
The room was maybe missing an eu plug or usb plug. But we could buy the adapter for it in the staircase vending machine, so that was convenient.

How close it was to everything, busses, shops and restaurants. The staff were lovely and there was security on the door which made me feel safe.
It was a bank hol so the bar downstairs was busy and loud

its a pity that the ground floor is shared with what sounds like a full blown club, with loud music and crowds of noisy people outside and cars honking late in the night

The location was good and the restaurant and bar are beautiful. The room was nicely decorated.
I thought that only two pillows on the bed was poor, had to ask for two more and had to ask afew times before receiving them. We stayed in the junior suite and the room was very cold, with a thin duvet. There were not enough lights in the room, and one was not working at all.

Slept well without earplugs despite the comments about the noise. Clean room with everything necessary and more (like bottled water, coffee and tea). Efficient room service

Very good location! Beautiful view from the room! Clean, cozy and a lot of space for your things .. Good value for your money
It’s a bit noisy at night but nothing special so it can disturb you! And you can feel the mattress or the bed was actually two pieces and not a double bed…(the only uncomfortable thing)
