From the moment we walked in we were greated warmly by the lady who was on the reception (I didn't catch her name). She was very friendly, was very efficient dealing with our booking and even surprised us with an upgrade to our room which we were very thankful for due to my partners snoring haha so I definitely got a better nights sleep with my own bed!
We travel to Dublin regularly for music gigs and this will be our go to hotel from now on. The room was exactly what we needed, clean, toasty, quiet and the beds were so comfortable that I didn't want to get up the next morning.
Overall a fantastic experience and I'd just once again like to give a shout out to the lady on the reception desk who checked us in, the hotel is very lucky to have someone like her greeting their guests.
Honestly I have no negatives.

Location was good.
Toilet wouldn't flush. Very old. Food was bad. Building in bad need for updating. Floors were shopping in all directing. 1750 AD.

Rooms need refurbishing; no in-room fridge; outdoor motion sensor in the rear of the hotel wakes you up in the middle of the night;
