Breakfast while cheap enough was not very appetizing. Asked for gluten free bread but told they don’t do it but I asked at reception and they said they’d make a note to order it for my sister & I. It wasn’t available I was told. The eggs were dry along with the bacon. Should have eaten out. Everything else was great though. So convenient to the shops and we got a quiet room. I’m from Australia but next time I’m in Dublin I’d choose this hotel again.
Better breakfast. Staff were lovely though!

The location.
I was in a room with a fullsize bed with my wife. The room was very cramped for two people, the bathtube was high and narrow so getting in and out of it to shower was a bit of a challenge. Our bathroom sink and a two separate faucets 1 hot 1 cold. All of the staff was great besides one gentleman who was very lazy and would not serve us drinks from the bar. The sign on the wall clearly states the hours for the bar on weekdays 11pm and weekends 12pm. We asked for drinks at 10:45pm on a Saturday and he said no. A group of guys came in at 11pm (whom were staying there obviously) and he told them no also. The previous days we didn't have any staff tell us no for drinks. The funny thing is that he just sat at the front desk and looked at his phone. I wanted to call him out but I was with my grandmother so I just left it alone.

Location, friendly staff.
I've stayed here before and it was grand, but this time our room was in the basement, very small, gloomy, hardly any daylight. Towel rack rusty. Unpleasant smell in the room as well. I can't give a higher rating, sorry.

Location and a late check out.
Unfortunately, the room was at the front of the building and got a lot of traffic and pedestrian noise.

The location of this property is perfect.
No parking, but we had a reduced parking fee through the hotel which was great. Unloading suitcases on a busy bus lane was difficult.
