Breakfast was very good no prblems
Location was very good for us being within walking distance of the Mater Hospital
No problem in getting early check-in and later check-out
Access doors were a bit difficult to use

Hotel is in a perfect location - walking distance to the ILAC shopping centre & onto Henry street. Our reason for our stay was for attending a concert in the 3 arena. The 3 arena was only a 10 minute drive away. You could also get the Luas from Abbey Street (we already had the car park booked).
The hotel itself was gorgeous - the decor was fab - very modern - kinda fancy - we thought it was beautiful. It was very clean throughout. Our room was lovely too and we had a comfortable stay.
The gent who served us at the bar once we got back to the bar did have little English so there was a slight miscommunication - but he rectified it immediately without any hassle once we explained it to him.
No breakfast booked and we didn't dine there during our stay. We will defintely be back.

My stay at this hotel was truly wonderful. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that guest comfort is a top priority here. The staff were warm, welcoming, and always ready to help, which created a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere right away.
The room was spotless, cozy, and thoughtfully arranged — from the comfortable bed to the high‑quality toiletries. Housekeeping did an excellent job, keeping everything fresh and tidy throughout my stay. The hotel grounds were well maintained, quiet, and perfect for unwinding.
I especially enjoyed the breakfasts. Everything was fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented, with plenty of options to suit different tastes.
This hotel is an excellent choice for both leisure and business trips. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone who values comfort, attention to detail, and great service.

Staff were extremely helpful attentive and customer friendly.
My needs were met and I most say I'll definitely consider staying at hotel 7 again. Staff were customer orientated. They ensure customers needs were met and kudos.

Excellent staff, clean, comfortable beds and very quiet. We barely noticed there were other guests at the hotel. The location is perfect, walking distance from the city centre while also being a little out of the noise of the city. My second time staying here and will 100% be back if I come back to Dublin!
