Wonderful staff, spotless and attractive rooms, excellent breakfast
Our first room was lovely, but TINY. We almost had to shuffle sideways to get around the bed. After 3 days we transferred to a new room with much more space.

The rooms are comfortable and modern. They have everything you need. Beds are really comfortable.
We had breakfast on our first day, it was expensive for the quality and quantity of the food. With a food allergy very little choice for the cost.

Great location and a nice luxurious feel about the hotel. We didn’t have breakfast or any meals in the hotel but our experience with the room was all positive.
My only criticisms would be that there was only plug sockets in the room next to the bed, none at the mirror or desk area. It made getting ready and drying/styling hair difficult and inconvenient. The cleaners also came into our room while we were there in the afternoon and seemed reluctant to leave when we asked for 2 minutes to finish getting ready to head out. Other than that, all staff were pleasant and everything okay.

Stay here every year for Punchestown Featical, always a warm welcome - great staff and very comfortable.
Only issue is the location isn’t great these days with O’Connell street being a little shady at night - not the hotels fault

This hotel is extremely clean and has all of the facilities you need. Tea and coffee in the morning with complimentary biscuits, a fridge and nice TV. Super comfortable and quiet at night. Only about a 10-15 minute walk from the city centre
