The polite staff (in general) and the cleanliness of the rooms
The Indian lady receptionist that downgraded me when I had to move to a off go because of the broken ac and never informed me about it and didn’t help me find a taxi at checkout giving me the stupid excuse that the hotel phone system was down!!
