Good
Location was good and reception staff very friendly and efficient. Downstairs was lovely, dressed for Christmas and very stylish.
Water and chocolates in room a nice touch and handy to have a fridge. The bathroom was lovely.
I felt the room was too small as was the bed. It didn't marry with the stylish downstairs.
The room was very hot, no fan available and our air conditioning panel did not appear to work properly. We rang reception for assistance and were informed that they could operate and lower temperature, unfortunately this did not happen.

Good
The check-in and check-out process was smooth and fast, handled by friendly and attentive staff. We opted for breakfast so they asked for our breakfast times to book us a table beforehand. The room itself was spacious and clean, housekeeping was done very well and everything was neat and almost dust-less. The plugs are also UK 3 pin plugs so it's easy for us to charge without needing an adapter. They had provided soap, shampoo, shower caps and towels. I liked that they provided a slip proof mat for the toilet as well which was useful. Its location is conveniently close to essentials with Tesco, KFC, McDonald's and Pennys (Primark) all nearby. Crucially, transportation to main Dublin was easy: there were multiple bus stops nearby and we found that Bolt services arrived quickly and reliably, offering a safe alternative when we needed it.
The breakfast selection was restrictive. While bread, cereal and juice were unlimited, guests were limited to choosing just one item from a very specific menu. A primary concern was the lack of safety around the hotel after sunset (around 4 pm). We were approached multiple times by suspicious individuals on scooters who pretended to not know English to attempt to steal our phones. We heard them speaking perfect English shortly after refusing their request. This unfortunately prevented us from staying out late. Traveling locally was complicated by the general lack of acceptance of contactless payments (Apple/Google Pay) in Ireland. We had to purchase a TFI visitor card which was expensive and inconvenient to obtain, as several local stores were out of stock. It is highly recommended to purchase this directly at the airport upon arrival. Be cautious of the pricing for the express coaches from the airport to the city. We found that the fare charged was excessive compared to the expected price, making a Bolt service the cheaper alternative for arrival.

A boutique hotel not so central that you’re kept awake by revellers but close enough that the walk
Into the centre blows away the cobwebs. Comfortable beds, well equipped rooms, lovely bathroom.
I liked everything.

Wonderful
I liked the charm of the old townhouse but it was also quit modern in inside (cupboards that lit up when you opened them, a shower where you can control the power and heat) so you got the best of both worlds. Comfortable beds too and decent sized rooms.
Also, if you get breakfast included, you can get a dish cooked for you free of charge. I that was a nice surprise!
Only very small but a small ramp outside for luggage but it’s only a few steps so a very small complaint.
