Main floor is very pretty and welcoming. Breakfast was good with wide selection on the continental buffet. You can order from the menu as well and/included. Staff were kind. Near main bus and tram stop but the ride to the airport is about 35-40 minutes unless you go by taxi.
We got put in a room in the basement with a view of a brick wall. I expected much more based on the nightly rate. It should be clearly stated if you’re getting a basement room.

It was clean and in a good location
The customer service wasn’t great, we tried to alter the payment to a different card and the staff would not allow this but did not even try to help at all, it was really frustrating their lack of support. We chatted to 2 staff members both were pretty unhelpful, both with different reasons as to why they couldn’t do it which was confusing. They wouldn’t even get the manager to chat it through when we asked. It put a real dampener on the stay.

Lovely building , entrance and breakfast area were very nice , quiet hotel and comfortable room
The area did not feel very safe at night , lots of people lying on streets and using drugs at end of the road . I like walking so this wasn’t a very nice place to walk into Dublin centre from in the evening .
Our room was small with no view , rather dark and cramped for myself and my grown up son .
