They let me check in early which was a plus because I arrived from airport/ international flight - thank you!
I was given accessibility room , it was spacious and nice but bathroom had some issues ( shower water splash due to flat surface, sink very low lying and I’m very tall) tried to change it but hotel was fully booked ( over all it was still ok , I had great time)

Loved the breakfast and hours available. The reception staff were helpful and friendly.
The room cleaner did a lousy job; she/they never changed the bedding for the 11 nights we stayed, she had to be asked to vacuum the room. Left her own hair in the bathroom.
Bed mattresses were too soft.
No food room service was provided or available.
