The personnel was welcoming, friendly and always willing to help. For example, when we asked for a softer pillow, they brought it to our room just a few minutes later. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was great. Finally, the location is excellent, as it is just a few minutes away from the city centre.
The room did not have a fridge.

Location
Assigned a Twin Room when our booking through Booking.com stated a Double room. Initially, Hotel staff claimed it was not their responsibility to resolve this as their system only stated a Standard room, but eventually, this was resolved.
