The room was clean. The hotel is easy to access.
The breakfast doesn't meet my expectation. All of this is related to the price of the room. I never get so bad breakfast for such price!

Great location right in the city centre. Easy to get to from the airport. Spacious room and great shower. Plenty of options to choose from at breakfast and it was always kept topped up so plenty to around. Nice bar in the hotel plus coffee facilities. The staff here are always very friendly, polite and helpful.
Nothing to complain about as I have stopped here on numerous occasions and will be back again in October 2025.

Stayed here for the Oasis gig. The staff were amazing, so friendly and the hotel had made up Oasis goody bags for anyone going to the gig. The beds were comfy and the breakfast next day was great

The location , easily accessible , convenient for visiting attractions
The menu in the cafe was unsatisfactory . We asked for garlic free options for lunch when we arrived as Peter has garlic intolerance . There were no garlic free items on the lunch / snack menu . We were not offered anything suitable and I do not know why the staff did not offer to make a cheese sandwich as the breakfast every morning had cheese and salad on the buffet so it should have been possible to offer this as an alternative at lunch time.
Our double with city view was cramped , our friends had a larger room but both were described as standard rooms . Carpets needed cleaning . Our room was not ready when we arrived at 2pm . When we left we requested a late check out , staff confirmed that we could check out at 12.00 but our key cards did not allow us back in to our room so we had to waste time contacting reception to access our room at 11.35.
