The location , easily accessible , convenient for visiting attractions
The menu in the cafe was unsatisfactory . We asked for garlic free options for lunch when we arrived as Peter has garlic intolerance . There were no garlic free items on the lunch / snack menu . We were not offered anything suitable and I do not know why the staff did not offer to make a cheese sandwich as the breakfast every morning had cheese and salad on the buffet so it should have been possible to offer this as an alternative at lunch time. Our double with city view was cramped , our friends had a larger room but both were described as standard rooms . Carpets needed cleaning . Our room was not ready when we arrived at 2pm . When we left we requested a late check out , staff confirmed that we could check out at 12.00 but our key cards did not allow us back in to our room so we had to waste time contacting reception to access our room at 11.35.

Advertised on booking.com as a double bed. Arrived, was 2 x single beds. Staff argued on that even when I showed them the proof of booking. Eventually got moved to a room with air-conditioning units outside window going 24/7. Hairdryer was faulty and caught fire when used. Poor for a Holiday Inn

Wonderful location. Pleasant and helpful staff. Clean and fresh. Definitely recommend this location. Near wonderful restaurants and a very fun casino! The pictures are of the lobby. There is a bar open that allowed for a nice drink before going up to the room. The night of the game we missed all restaurants and were able to get a delicious pizza through the bar. They would order in for you. The hotel and staff were very accommodating.
Nothing comes to mind. The scrambled eggs could have been cooked a little more, but they took some back and cooked them for me. Everything was pleasant. The breakfast buffet offered a full breakfast. Well worth getting a room with breakfast.

Good location, nice enough room, breakfast wasn’t bad for a buffet
Bed was so uncomfortable- you could feel the springs. Booked a normal room with a large double bed and were put in a room with a standard double bed and accessible bathroom. Key card also stopped working at 10:30am when we had a 12pm checkout.

The staff was very helpful! Very accommodating. We arrived early & were able to check in early since our room was ready. They also allowed us to check out a little late & then stored our luggage so we could have lunch before heading out for our next destination. Bed was comfortable
