we really liked the room and the bed was very comfortable. We found the staff to be exceptionally friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet had a good selection too. The hotel is located very centrally.

Breakfast was excellent. For guests in a hurry there are grab and go bags. Terrific idea for people in a hurry!
Everything met or exceeded expectations. Best hotel in Dublin and I've stayed in most of them!

The staff is super accommodating and very friendly and efficient. We asked for 2 double beds since we wanted that and they were very accommodating - even gave us the option of checking out the room before we took it. The breakfast is plentiful and very very tasty and the staff was so efficient even when there were tons of people for breakfast. The rooms were really big and spacious and had lots of amenities. The hotel itself is very central and in a great location for tourists. The parking lot is also close by for those who have to park a car.

There was no bottled water in the room on a warm day so I had to go to a shop to buy one. First hotel in Ireland I have ever been asked for photo fd on check in. In the small print apparently
