The location was excellent. Right across from the bus to get us back to the airport. Very happy with it. The breakfast was fabulous

Everything was easy. Staff very good, smiling and helpful with information. Breakfast was very good
I couldn't find any reference to where the car parking was located. Eventually, I phoned from a street close to the hotel and ended up having to drive for an additional 20 minutes around the 1-way system to get to The Spire QPark car park. This information should be included in every communication either directly from the hotel or through Booking.com. I was also led to believe that parking was included in the room price - it wasn't. Parking was discounted to €30 for 24 hours.

The location was perfect. The breakfast amazing choice. The staff so helpful and friendly. The cleanliness was great.
Just to make sure trainee staff are not left on their own. A trainee on a Saturday evening was left on her own and unfortunately didn’t know what Merlot was and couldn’t pull a pint of lager properly. We did not make a fuss as someone has to start somewhere but she was very flustered and we felt for her.

Highest level of customer service. The room faced the High Street, but a large tree stood in front of the window, effectively hiding the room: perfect!!. The bed was very comfy.
There are very few breakfast choices as I'm dairy-free.
