Wonderful
The location was great; it's a block from the red tram line and right on the river and a 10 minute walk to Grafton St. Plenty of places to eat or grab food on the go nearby. The room was spacious and the bed was comfy.

Good
Overall we had a great stay! I was in town with my Fiance for a work trip but we extended to stay and explore over the weekend. We initially booked an air b&b but found it was much further outside of the city than we thought. I was able to easily book the hotel within 24 hours of check-in and the rate was very favorable. Staff was very welcoming upon check-in and a room was even ready for us early which was great. The cafe in the lobby had wonderful latte's and the bar had a great selection of in room dining options. Location is honestly top notch and within walking distance to most of downtown Dublin! Would stay here again for sure.
The only issue we encountered was with the washing machine. We had been in Dublin for 10 days so really needed to do a load of laundry. The washer we used ended up being broken, but because there was no sign on it, we didn't know that. Our clothes ended up getting stuck in the washing machine and it took maintenance over an hour to get it out. It was a Sunday night and we were leaving the following morning (and that Monday happened to be a holiday in Ireland), so when Maintenance said they would have to call the company who made the washing machine to come out, we knew that was not an option because he said they would be able to come out on Tuesday. I cannot remember the gentleman's name unfortunately, I think it started with a "G", but he was so helpful in getting our clothes out of the washer for us! I could tell he was frustrated but he stayed calm the whole time. We had so many clothes in there so leaving them behind was not an option. Simply put, while convenient for several guests, I would remove laundry facilities from the list of accommodations until the hotel is able to purchase more up-to-date equipment.

The property is well located. Near to major attractions. Breakfast is delicious! The staff are friendly and very proactive. The restaurant is nice and have a great ambience. The room is spacious and the bed was confortable.
The room is noisy. They have to invest in soundproofing the windows. You can hear the cars and traffic all the time. The pressure of the water from the shower is super low, it is difficult to get a good bath. The wifi was very bad, the connection was always intermittent and very poor connectivity in the bedroom area.

Wonderful
The Hilton Garden Inn is like a modern Garden of Eden with everything you need at the drop of a hat: brilliant facilities like the perfect Bar / the Restaurant / the Meeting Rooms / the Business Centre / the Guest Laundry / the Shop / the Coffee Bar / the Fitness Centre. Conveniently, this four-star hotel is within close proximity to the Dublin Convention Centre, which suits well the business folks. The Busaras Station and Connolly Railway Station are within walking distance and there is car parking availability.
The room we occupied was spotlessly clean and manicured, very spacious and well-furnished. The beds were very comfy and the bathroom was garnished with the Crabtree & Evelyn shower lotions, shampoos, conditioners and king-sized bath towels. The roomsoffer free WiFi, flat-screen TV, safety deposit box, air conditioning, hair drier, ironing board with iron and the electric kettle with tea /coffee bags.
We even had a window overlooking the River Liffey and the Jeanie Johnston tall ship. We liked the feel of the thick carpet under our feet. The elevators were flying up and down silently.
We happened to be received by Marisa, one of the reception operators, who was very proficient and attentive at her job and very kind, a good omen to show that the Hilton Garden Inn Dublin employs well-trained staff who truly know what they do.
But even in the Garden of Eden there was a tree of wrongness: we were disappointed to find that most exercise power machines including two treadmills and an exercise bicycle were not functioning. The crosstrainer, the pulley and the bench were available for use. I hope they’ll be fixed soon because business people use them after a day’s work.

Very Good
location was very good for what we had planned in Dublin to do. Very nice bar.
Room had no drinking water bottles and no coffee makers. Most hotels give you a complimentary bottle of water and have nowadays capsule coffee maker at the room.

Wonderful
Excellent location to walk to city center, very comfortable room and bed itself, nice view from the room, soundproof
Third party parking - if you overstay the booked period, the following hourly charge is not reasonable - charged 12EUR for 2,5h.
The shower stream is weaker than I'd expect - but not critical.

Poor
Not much
They showed you clean the room at 5 p.m. when they did show up. Apparently when you spend 300$ a night breakfast is only included 1 of the three days. I was accepted to have breakfast the first morning, but the second Morning a Sunday I was told my reservation was not included at 300$ a night. I won’t be using Hilton again for a while if ever.
