Location, 5 minute walk from the main line station with good links to everywhere and the friendliness of staff. We began our week much further in to Dublin and stayed only one night as a last minute decision - very glad we did. It was lovely to be by the river. We were up graded to a top floor river view which was a great bonus. The complimentary drink voucher was a nice touch.
The restaurant service and food were good BUT there is no view and the decor was dark. We were sat next to an artificial tree which the staff were constantly battling with

They showed you clean the room at 5 p.m. when they did show up. Apparently when you spend 300$ a night breakfast is only included 1 of the three days. I was accepted to have breakfast the first morning, but the second Morning a Sunday I was told my reservation was not included at 300$ a night. I won’t be using Hilton again for a while if ever.

The staff were surly and made you feel like you were not welcome, an imposition so to speak. I sat down and was told that they were going to close that area and sent me to another area and when I sat there I was told that that area was so closing. I sat in a different area for about 10 mins with staff just walking past me. I got up to go and seen it was a buffet breakfast, someone could have told me as I did not know.
