Room was comfortable. Missing a few usual items found in lower budget hotels. Shower cap biscuits etc

The breakfast location was bright and airy and the food was appropriately presented . The hot food was at a good temperature and I appreciated being able to have a freshly cooked omelette
The queues in the dining area at breakfast but the staff were very efficient at bringing out fresh food items

Staff were friendly. Free water due to lack of water in room. Late check out was good.
We were given a disabled room without being asked. The shower room wasn’t great and the sink plug got stuck and we were unable to use the sink the whole time. Also, although there was a late check out cleaners keep knocking on the door and talking loudly outside of the rooms around 9am.

The bed was too small, there was no food after 10 pm, no late bar for residents, and too much air-conditioning in the bar area.
