We were woken up early on Sunday morning by the air conditioning alarm going off - a piercing high pitch noise. The reception team sent a technician up but it didn’t fix it. And the milk was off so we couldn’t drink our tea.

Clean, comfortable, and great amenities! Thankful for full laundry facilities. Staff was wonderful and it was nice to be able to grab a bite to eat without having to leave the hotel. Lots of public transport options nearby!
The thermostat for the heater capped out just a little lower than I needed, since I wasn't feeling well, but wasn't a deal breaker. It's a little further to walk to many of the area attractions so plan to use transport if short on time. The parking situation not great. Even with their discount, parking was still over 50 euro for the 2 days we stayed. Seems too pricey since we were paying for a room and not just parking randomly for the day.

The location is unbeatable! I had a room with a view to the river, and I highly recommend this one!

We stayed one night , we were going to a family wedding . Caoimhe checked us in. Running late as traffic so bad , Caoimhe rang a taxi for us and rang when it arrived. Caoimhe was on when we checked out, asked how our day was ,lovely girl very helpful and friendly. The hotel was very comfortable, great beds , very quiet.

Room very nice although small bathroom for size of room - not much storage apart from hangers.
Food was very nice.
No Information provided at Registration, and very slow.
We dined in the restaurant for dinner - sign said to go to bar area where we stood for around 7 minutes being ignored until I interrupted a bar person and asked if we were able to eat - no visible signage to stand in a particular area for the restaurant.
Food was lovely but service was slow. Took around 10 minutes for drinks to arrive. My daughter requested mashed potato to replace chips and was told that was fine. Food arrived with chips, when we queried we were told we had to have chips and that my daughter had to order a separate portion of mash which she did.
I ordered a glass of wine during the meal and had to get up and go looking for it as again had to wait for around 10 minutes.
I had ordered a taxi at reception only to find that it hadn't turned up and was then told that was a usual occurrence, we ordered an Uber ourselves.
On checkout I asked for my parking ticket to be endorsed only to find out that I should have been told on registration that the hotel no longer does that.
