Reception area looked nice. Needed a room key to access lifts from ground floor level.
Paid €435 for 1 night for a "Deluxe King Room" without breakfast.
The bed was no more than a standard double and the size of the room would be what I'd expect at a low-budget hotel. The mattress was unbelievably uncomfortable as were the pillows. The room decor was basic but the bathroom was extremely dated with not enough towels supplied for the 2 people booked into the room.
The only staff we personally encountered was the man at reception who checked us in and he was very standoffish. There were 3 men working on reception and the other 2 sounded lovely and tried making small talk with the guests they were checking in beside us so we ultimately felt like our check in experience was down to this one man alone.
Even though there is a car park basically connected to the hotel, it wasn't included with the rate. So we paid an additional €40 for parking on top of the €435 we had paid for just the room.
We chose this particular hotel for it's proximity to the 3Arena, which was 3 stops away on the Luas. But for the price we paid it 100% was not worth it.
We wouldn't stay here again, it's too expensive for what it is. The rooms are small and dated and the staff wasn't friendly in our experience.

It is very clean walking distance to most places in the city
Breakfast staff was unpleasantly rude when asked about any questions about the breakfast no cutlery on tables and pushed out of the way by waitress when saying excuse me she said what do you want In a aggressive manner? I suggest staff get retrained as this negatively affected our stay

Lovely comfortable hotel. Beds were so comfy and rooms spotless. Really enjoyed our stay just a nice 15 min walk to city centre, located next door to the immigration museum

The room was clean and comfortable.
We expected a little luxury for the price that was paid. It was very overpriced.
The room was very small with no sound proofing. We could hear the hand dryers in the foyer toilets below as well as guests in other rooms.
The buffet breakfast was under staffed and the tiny buffet area was always full of guests waiting for more food or crockery to be provided.
The restaurant food was average at best and again well overpriced.

We asked for an early check in and the desk person charged my wife $300 for the early check in. We ask another manager a day later and he corrected the amount to $150 what we thought was fair. Second see below
