Locating at very good place!
The quality is far below of 4 star! Kitchen is at basic level with poor variaty. Staff needs more education but English knowledge is more than limited :(. Simply the communication is very difficult exept at reception!

The property was convenient to the city centre, hotel was also clean. Breakfast was nice.
Staff were rude and unfriendly. First impression was a staff member who never made eye contact the whole way through check in. Seemed like he has just woken up or didn’t want to be there. Bar staff laughed when asked if they could make a general cocktail such as a bramble. Was made to feel embarrassed for asking so left and went elsewhere.

Great location , good rooms and facilities
Staff on phone were very unhelpful, I was part of a large conference group and when I asked about extending my stay I was told that “it was impossible to ring me if a room became available “ I booked one through a third party
