I booket Deluxe room. When I came to hotel on reception they change to another room with river view. But there also trafik road. Thats why I didn booket this room,because view was not nesesary. But why reception change my booking??? And I wait longer than normal,that girl was calling to her chef and so on(((Parking. I pay 40€ for 2 days. At hotel promiced 50% discount,but its not happen.

Fantastic location, beautifully presented with great facilities. Staff couldn’t do enough for us and were always friendly.

Great location for the Arena venue. Very clean and quiet rooms. Lovely courteous staff.
Shower is over bath which is not a preferred option. Breakfast options are good but self service area is small and can get busy with people back to back in a narrow space.
Room only price quite expensive.
