The location was very accessible
We got used wooden utensils, towel with holes and we got the bathroom for disabled guests.
Felt bad for guests who are really disabled , they could have use it instead of us.

Breakfast was really good. My daughter especially liked making waffles. Ideal location and staff were all very friendly and helpful.

I was very comfortable, great staff
I booked and paid for in advance a deluxe king room, and on the last night i found out from your website they they were on the top two floors, yet i was on the second. So im guessing i didnt get what i paid for. Its alr though, my stay was great i didnt mind that much.

The staff were incredibly helpful! They were game changers for us and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable after a very late check in time.
I really don’t like the perfume that they use in the internal air system which they explained as piped in all the rooms and thru out the hotel.. it’s very floral and overpowering and I am allergic to those chemical-y smells.

Most things were generally okay. However, the promise by Booking.com to provide free travel from the airport to the hotel was a lie. This was not provided causing myself a further 35 Euro bill.
Booking.com incorrect information just to sell their product. Very disappointed

Location ok.
Asked for a quiet room but I got a room in the front of the main building on major road. Asked to be moved no problem so next room the bed if you sat on it the springs where coming up. So again downstairs and asked for another room much better thank god. We did stay another night the women at the front desk were pleasant and did help us with the issues if it was not for them I would say we would not have stayed.
