Beautiful clean and well appointed property right beside the Luas which was fantastic
The bedroom was so hot and I couldn’t adjust the a/c. It was also quite noisy throughout the night with guests coming and going.

The lobby’s were clean and the breakfast was lovely.
We were out in a room where you could hear the trams, this kept us awake into the evening and early in the morning. Even despite asking to be moved room they said the couldn’t because in both night they were fully booked. I was aware this wasent the case as the person on reception the night before said to come down the next morning and they would change our room for the next time. I emailed ages did our stay as it was a birthday trip away from my partner. We have stayed with Hilton in the locations before and they have always been accommodating and fine the extra mile, but I had to ask and remind them again, which was a shame. The bathroom was dated with bits out of the shower missing and the hand movable shower did not work! It was such a shame we spent a lot of money staying somewhere we couldn’t get much sleep. There was no compensation or alternative offer either.
