Everything was good, but I was told I was getting a queen triple room, instead I got a standard room with a double bed and a very uncomfortable pull out couch.
I had phoned the hotel the day before to see was my booking in order and if there was anything I needed to know.
There was no extra info given
At reception, I was asked for ID, I had not thought of bringing any ID, luckily my sister had ID.
Then I was told my card had to be pre authorized at this stage and I had to have the full amount of money on my card including 100euro deposit (even though the receptionist told me the day before that we could pay separately) I was told it was only a pre -authorization and money would not be taken out until the end of our trip, that evening the full amount was taken out of my card without my permission, leaving me broke for the rest of my trip.
At no stage was I told I had to pay 100e deposit, not on the booking email nor on my phonecall the day before.
Communication at this hotel is brutal.

Modern, clean , car parking, gym ✅ nice room.
A bit further away from centre than expected , quite Basic facilities, no special touches. Could not seem to change air conditioning setting which was noisy and too blowy.
Didn’t seem to be many staff around.

We liked the location. The room was spotless and the staff very helpful.
Renovation works were going on and so was a little noisy but I’m sure it will be worth it when finished.

The location right by the tram stop and in a quiet area , comfortable bed and very friendly staff
The rooms are dated, they are not very soundproof (we could hear neighbours talking , doors banging upstairs and next door and people talking in the corridor. The breakfast would need improvement too

The bed was comfortable
They are going through renovations and the noise was really bad. The didn’t advise when we booked. The offered us a reduction and after two followup emails have not heard back from them regarding the credit
