Very accommodating and friendly staff at reception who facilitated an early check-in.
This is their 'toasted' sandwich which, coupled with a bottle of water, came to €22. Shockingly poor food through room service.

Being charge to park at the complex I paid handsomely to stay at - felt like a gouge and soured the experience.
Never before in Ireland was I asked to pay for parking at a hotel I had paid to stay at - and I frequently stay in hotels for work.
