The beds!!! The pillows!!! The beds are down to the the springs, and the pillows, need to be changed.

Lovely room, very comfortable and clean. Reception staff very pleasant.
Couldn't make a reservation for dinner. Staff member quite rude when asked. Service very slow and difficult to attract attention.

Gorgeous hotel in the heart of Dublin closeby the so many amenities. Lovely staff very friendly accommodating gave us suprise upgrade on arrival room was stunning with balcony and beautiful views of Dublin.had dinner downstairs in hotel restaurant in open garden area 10/10 breakfast the following morning was also delish.

Hotel was clean and modern with plenty of facilities on site. Rooms were spacious and ours had a private balcony overlooking the Kilmainham Gaol. I usually have neck pain from pillows in hotels and don’t sleep very well but the pillows here were incredibly comfortable. The breakfast was probably one of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve ever had, the quality and selection of food was fab. Wish we could have stayed longer!
It’s a bit out of the way if you’re wanting to go into the city centre frequently - coming back to the hotel is very quick but getting in takes some time as there’s a one way road system. The location was ideal for us though as we were attending a wedding at the Johnstown Estate and the hotel is very close to the motorway.

The hotel staff is very friendly and tries to help with every problem in the best possible way.
The breakfast is very good and offers a very large selection of hot and cold food.
The room was very large and the bed very comfortable.
Unfortunately, there are also negative points. The toilet flush only worked very poorly. They immediately tried to solve the problem, but it was probably because the water pressure was insufficient. So no points for the toilet.
The bathroom is equipped for wheelchair users, so everything is much lower. This is a problem for tall people, however, as you have to bend your knees to wash your hands or you can only see your knees in the mirror. The room was on the street side and was correspondingly noisy.

Joaquin at check in was fab and very friendly! I got a room with a lovely view, number 224. Air con in room lovely after 4 hour drive down to Dublin. Water lovely and hot. Breakfast fab as usual!
