Excellent location and near my family in Dublin . Very near Luas and city centre. Highly recommend it.

Clean. Staff and location is good
Tv kept stopping and starting - wifi issue. Loud pipe screeching noise very early in morning and sounded like water pressure. Have stayed before and never had the noise.

Staff and food for the most part were good
Staff were good but towards the end of the night around 10 they were more interested in cleaning than providing a service. I couldn't get out of the carpark I got stuck on the ramp I had to call the hotel to override the gate.
