Nice building, interesting location. Nice bathroom. Decent lobby restaurant. Parking was good in the basement, which is why I picked this hotel. Really nice formal garden a short walk away.
I was put in an unpleasant room with lots of mechanical noise and vibration next to it, so bad I asked to move. I think I was put there because I’m a single woman. I did get a much quieter room but bedding had lots of dirt particles in it. No robe to wear to the spa which discouraged me from using it. Trip hazard in the hallway. No shower cap to use.

Loved all of the staff we encountered The desk staff were just so professionally friendly and also those in the restaurant. It was great not to have a sense of 'must leave quick once meal finished' Food was exceptional too
A direct path to the spa and leisure centre. - meaning not having to leave the main building and go down side stairs though this is concealed from the main road outside.

I absolutely loved this hotel. Beautifully presented. Rooms were beautiful and sparkling. Location is v close to the City and Heuston station. Staff were so accommodating, friendly and efficient. I can’t wait to go back again ?

Stunning Xmas decorations
Not one Irish staff member , between reception bar and accommodation!!!! Shower either goes freezing cold r boiling hot..!!! My son got a fright and wasn’t even asked was he ok…!!! Leather on mirror decor ripped … not even continental breakfast offered…. 391 euro ?

Nice Staff. Pool had good availability and we made very good use out of it. Was close to the jail which was a very good visit

The room was great and comfortable and breakfast was really delicious. Staff we're lovely.
The spa was not great. Overcrowded and people were just laying on the floor. The pool was so cold. It was clear that it was only used by gym users after a gym session
